Exchange policy

Exchange requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery (date of order received).
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.
  • Clear images of the defective, damaged, or incorrect product must be provided.
  • A copy of the invoice is mandatory for processing the exchange.
  • All exchange requests will be accepted only through email communication.
  • No additional or hidden charges will be applicable for eligible exchanges.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
  • Only product exchanges are allowed.
  • In special cases, the exchange request timeline may be extended up to 1 month from the date of delivery, subject to review and approval by the management/team.
